JOSEPH B. D’AMICO is an associate with Martin Law who practices workers’ compensation law. He has more than 30 years of experience representing both injured workers, employers, and insurance carriers in complex litigation matters. In 1994, Mr. D’Amico received his law degree from the Widener University School of Law.
Prior to this role, Mr. D’Amico spent more than a decade at Frommer D’Amico Anderson, LLC in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he focused on advocating for injured workers. During this time, he represented hundreds of clients, guiding them and their families through the many challenges that arise following serious workplace injuries. He helps his clients understand the complexities of the litigation process while successfully navigating claims involving aggressive opposing counsel, expert medical testimony, and judges with varying approaches.
Earlier in his career, Mr. D’Amico handled a more diverse caseload, practicing workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability, as well as divorce and custody disputes. This has provided him with a broad foundation in litigation and client advocacy.
