JENNA KING is an associate at Martin Law and has exclusively practiced Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law since passing the bar in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. King worked at a regional defense firm representing employers and major insurance carriers in workers’ compensation litigation across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the Spring of 2024, Ms. King became a certified specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation by the PA Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the PA Supreme Court.

In 2015, Ms. King earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law, where she founded and served as the Inaugural President of the Youth Court League, served as the Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society, and was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.

Ms. King is an active leader in the workers’ compensation sections of both the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She currently serves as the 2025–2026 Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Law Section, where she has been a Council member since 2020. In 2023, she served as Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. From 2019 to 2024, she also co-chaired the Section’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and served as the PBA Liaison from 2020 to 2024. Ms. King is a frequent presenter of Continuing Legal Education courses throughout Pennsylvania on various workers’ compensation topics.
