Martin Law Partner Amit Shah, Esq. Receives the 2026 Martha Hampton Award!

We’re proud to share that Amit Shah, Esq., Partner at Martin Law, was named the 2026 Martha Hampton Award recipient and recognized on April 9^th, 2026.

Martha Hampton, the award’s namesake, was an accomplished and recognized expert in the area of workers’ compensation law before her untimely death in 1999. She had served as Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Chair of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, and an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. Beyond those official roles, she was a champion to the rights of injured workers, a knowledgeable and reasonable adversary, a caring professional, and an exemplary human being. This is an incredible commendation and a reflection of Amit’s tireless work advocating for injured workers across Pennsylvania.
