Carlson will present educational sessions at the 13th Annual Workers’ Compensation Conference on June 2-3 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. Both Huttemann and Carlson will participate in “Mental Squared: Mental/Mental Injuries,” an advanced course covering the current status of the law in mental stress causing mental disability cases, and Huttemann will co-present “Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs),” another advanced session reviewing the new Pennsylvania statue on PEOs and the difference between PEOs and temporary staffing agencies.
