“Do I have to take a light duty job?”
When you’ve suffered a work injury and are unable to perform your regular duties, you may eventually be offered to chance to return to work and perform a light duty job. But what if you don’t feel that you can return to work? What if you are not 100 percent better? Can refusing to take the light duty job make you ineligible for benefits or hurt your claim in the future?
