Martin Law Named “Best Place to Work”

Martin Law has been named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2011 Best Places to Work. This list includes about fifty companies in the Delaware Valley Region, ranging from small businesses to large corporations. This is Martin Law’s first year named on the Best Places to Work list, which we could not have done without the help of our employees.

Martin Law was nominated for this honor earlier in the summer and our employees to were asked to fill out an anonymous online survey. This survey rated employee satisfaction in numerous categories including team effectiveness, which is an extremely necessary component of an effective law firm. Our survey results were measured against comparable sized companies, eventually resulting in Martin Law being ranked as one of 2011 Best Places to Work.

The Business Journal will reveal the top-scoring winners at a private cocktail and networking event. Look for our profile in the special print supplement on October 14.
