The 2025 Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Fall Section Meeting, held September 11th – 12th in Hershey, PA, brought together attorneys, judges, and professionals from across the state to share insights, legal updates, and best practices in workers' compensation law. Martin Law was proud to be strongly represented across both days of the event. Attorney Jenna King, Esq. kicked off the meeting as the Chair of the PBA’s Workers’ Compensation Section.
Several of our attorneys also served on the program faculty and played an active role in shaping the event. Partner Joseph Conlan, Esq. presented alongside Hon. Leah M. Lewis and Heather J. Zambelli, Esq. on investigating workers’ compensation claims. Partner Alfred Carlson, Esq. spoke alongside David G. Greene, Esq. on recent legal developments. Partner Amit Shah, Esq. is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers’ Compensation Fall Section Meeting, and helped develop the curriculum.
Our partners and associates attended the event in support, continuing Martin Law’s long-standing tradition of active participation in the Pennsylvania workers’ compensation community. We’re proud of our team’s leadership and grateful to the PBA for another impactful fall meeting.
