Yes. If your employment is principally localized in Pennsylvania you are entitled to benefits even though your injury occurred out of the state. Also, if your employment is not principally localized in any one state and you were hired in Pennsylvania, you are entitled to workers' compensation benefits in Pennsylvania even though your injury occurred in another state.
