If you suffer a work injury that prevents you from working, you are entitled to wage loss benefits in addition to medical benefits. The rate of your wage loss benefits is two-thirds (2/3) of your average weekly wage at the time of the work injury. The compensation rate cannot exceed the annual maximum compensation rate set forth in the statute.
