Usually, at the first hearing, you will testify under oath as to the circumstances of your injury and disability. You will first be questioned by a lawyer from our firm and then cross-examined by a lawyer representing your employer or their insurance company. We will meet with you on the morning of the hearing to review the facts of your case and prepare you for your testimony. Normally, less than thirty minutes is sufficient time to review your testimony with you.
